Vodafone – Sim suspended forcible convert my plan prepaid

I had received a call from Vodafone offering me a postpaid connection, and requesting for a number portability from BSNL. I agreed, upon which a vodafone agent came and collected my documents. I paid all my bills with BSNL and number was switched to vodafone, i received confirmation call from Vodafone for the same. Later on after 1 week suddenly on thursday the 1 Nov 2014 my connection was suspended. I complaint till the nodal officer who assured me to send someone to collect the documents, but noone came. I finally went to the Vdafone Care store, Sardar Patel Stadium road and resubmitted the documents. There the Manager asked me to convert my plan to prepaid, which i categorically denied. He told me if you will not convert the plan, your connection will get debarred again in next 2 days. Further the credit limit was reduced to only Rs 200 although my plan itself is of Rs 350. I was told that there is a negative verification and therefore credit limit cannot be increased.the details of the same were never given to me, although i kept asking about the same. A re verification request was also submitted by me, but to action till date has been taken. My Complaint lodged on 5th Nov ref no. 82721116 for the credit limit issue, was resolved on 11 Nov 2014 with no written communication to me. I contacted the consumer care number who told me that they had received some information from BSNL basis which the credit limit is reduced, and it will remain like that. I asked them the details, which again was not provided to me. I lodged one more complaint on 22 Nov 2014 84198xxx

I want my credit limit to be increased to Rs. 2000 as it was with my earlier service provider, i also want a written apology for all the mental harassment caused to me due to their unresponsive and unethical behavior
