Dear Sir, I (Mohd Nayab Ansari) am writing on an urgent basis to draw your attention towards how worthlessly the customers are dealt at vodafone store at Durgakund, Varanasi. I have no complaint number because my phone’s outgoing is barred. I few days ago I ported my number 7505555168 from reliance to vodafone. Everything was fine when the verification call came to me & it told that my number is negatively verified. I then went to the store on saturday 7/12/13 to enquire about it. They told that the problem will be solved on monday. But again when I went on monday to the store, the problem was not resolved. This representative at the store, Mr. Awnish, moblie no- 9838156205 with whom I first discussed about the portability, became very rude and arrogant when I asked about what was going on? He said its the internal process that he could not explain. how can you not provide a customer with genuine information? He told me that he would inform me by calling on Tuesday evening about the process with God’s swere, but he did not & when I called him, he did not take the pain to receive it even. Till now my number is not unbarred & again on going to vodafone store, I talked to the store manager Mr. Vikas, Phone no-9839315188 the response is frustratingly bad. He also does the same thing.promises to get it done & inform me but never calls me. I have to call him every time. I m being mentally tortured. He tells me backend problem is there & when I call customers care they tell visit the store for the same purpose. I m in middle of nowhere. I have started having headaches & mental tension.It is Thursday & yet the problem is not solved. Mr Vikas told he will be calling by 9 AM but he has not turned up yet. Please take some steps to improve the service in this area.I saw a lot of customers angry with the process.Please please take some serious actions & help me getting my number activated.
