i was on a tariff of 1ps/sec and then was moved to 1.2ps/sec then suddenly in dec 2013 my tariff automatically got converted to 2ps/sec without any intimation. and now when i ask the customer care they only say that my plan is 2ps. they dont give any details as to how and when it got converted. they are not ready to help with this and just want me to buy another bonus plan to earn money. according to their portal i also sent sms MY PLAN to 111 on 1st jan 2014 and got that my plan was 1ps/sec v2v and m2m still they don’t agree

i want my money back and a compensation for talking to these customer care guys for hours and getting the same frustrating replies.
