Vodafone – Tarrif Plan Changed Without Intimation

I, Viren Mehta (Resident Gujarat), user of Vodafone (Gujarat) since more than 3 years. I am suffering from network related problem since May-2014. I had mailed to the nodal officer but they were unable to solve my problem till this date. They agreed to provide me the antenna for good network coverage but after few days they are denying to do the same. Also, They have changed my post paid plan with any prior information. So due to these reasons I want to file complaints against Vodafone. They have never responded with me in good manner. I also called nodal officer but there was no solution from them. I have attached all mails with nodal’s reply. I also have audio recording of customer care and nodal executive.

I want relief in cash and 1 year post paid bill free.
