21-01-13 Dear Sir/Madam, As i requested to Rectify Network , Change Port then terminate the Connection as i was not happy with the service 1)July i visited vodafone Kemmanahalli service centre there manager promised cug connection and sold me 2 sim 9886214646 and 9886314646 as promised and sold connection after frequent visits to the store till november i was not given Cug i paid all my bills with broken heart unhappy as your customer , I had network issue i called at times 5 to 10 nos all use to ring but no one was picking my call and if i have not called or used one day outstanding bill use to increase i paid again Once i had visited to change plan and visited cunningham road as it was not changed i had reciept and when i went to frazer town branch usman venkatesh staff wanted me to go to cunningham road branch itself after waiting in a que wasting time i went to frazer town branch again there after waiting prabhu resent the mail for changing plan but you people never did and you want me pay for your mistakes As i had asked for 225/- plan my bill use to come 1558 /- i have open acknowledgement with me the plan is not changed i get higher bills i ask for waver and i am not been responded now i have been blamed of 4000+ change bill which i have not used as per me bill should be 1000/- which i will pay if correct bill is rectified today date 21-01-2014 i get in my home some people who shout near my house using vulgar language ,foul language named Asad(syed) in the morning came and shouting at me and he told will sent me to jail i told lets go i know i have all documents in my hand for my expected bill of 1000 rs you people cant force me to pay more for your billing mistakes and in the evening gopinath vodafone guy is sent without knocking he enters the house were ladies resides and he wants money to be given for the wrong bill and he calls asadh praveen they want me to speak they are telling loveday ka ball tere pas paise nai paise de ko bej (this is the huge Brand present itself i have few recordings done i will use if strict action is not taken and withdraw these people Send some professional rectify my bill and you have your money ,if try to test my patience if same thing is repeated i will have to take action and you people be ready with the consequences as i see so many customers of yours are harassed and disturbed i will use my network of contacts to be displayed in media , i kindly do the needful instantly and current team should withdrawn and some professionals contact me and collect your money contact me in 9886314646 Regards Adil
As per me my bill is not more than 1000 rs they are overbilling
