Between my family and I, we have been loyal Vodafone customers since the late 1990s. I am writing a complaint based on the following phone numbers that are registered at the same address: 144 Arihant Nagar, Punjabi Bagh-W, New Delhi-110026 and need a booster installed at my residence 9811087970: Dharam Vir Jain 9999684840: Aditi Jain 9999099060: Aditi Jain 9999684840: Aditi Jain 9999099177: Aaditya Jain 9999282777: Aditi Jain 2. Over the past few months I have been appalled at the terrible quality of Vodafone service at my residence and have made multiple complaints to Vodafone Care over phone and in person at the Punjabi Bagh Vodafone Centrer. The first complaint was made on 22nd May 2013 (Ref: 2355373034). The next written complaint was made in August 2013 followed by telephonic complaints in August 2013 and December 2013. 3. I have received multiple calls from Vodafone Customer Care that a Vodafone executive will visit our residence and this problem would be resolved in a few weeks time but as of today, the problem still stands. I was promised that Vodafone will install a booster at our residence, but even that promise has not been honoured by Vodafone. 4. There is NO signal at our residence and it is impossible to use a phone or access the Vodafone network.
We want Vodafone to install a booster at our residence and repay us our phone bills since May 2013 so we can go to an alternate telecom vendor.
