It is dismal to notice that my balance was not credited and this offer is hence not working which we later found out that it has been credited a secondary balance. I do not understand what is main and secondary or how it works. Please sort this out immediately.
What on earth is the service Vodafone is offering. The customer service representative who called 198 is absolutely non worthy of the call. I am extremely frustrated when I found Rs. 333 recharge was credited to secondary balance. I am clueless what is secondary balance. The response by customer service is totally shitty. I am very distressed over this issue.
