I am a vodafone user, 9646053777. And i never subscribed for the caller tone and missed call info services on my no. but these were activated on my no. And my account balance was deducted for the same. It becomes very problematic for me when vodafone keep on activating such services without user’s request and hence deducting the account balances. I am a student staying in hostel, far from my family. And i am not able to get it recharged frequently, when the balance is deducted for some unknown reasons.
