Vodafone is adding unknown downloading charges in Vodafone Postpaid Mobile Bill. When asked for the explanation, no proper answer has been received. Attached screen shot shows the charges applied highlighted in Red box.
Every month Vodafone looting consumers by adding unknown charges in monthly billing.Its affecting on consumer finance.
Vodafone should not add any unknown charges without proper explanation for the usage of charges.
