Vodafone – unfair bill charges no one help in store

Hello Sir/Mam, I am Manoj, a customer of vodafone since last one year with the mobile number +918053911919. I have been charged 794 rs during the billing period of 22.10.2013 to 21.11.2013 for internet usage which is totally unfair because i am paying 249 rs for my Advance249 pack which provides me to use 1 GB data on internet. I have registered complain for this on Complain helpline 198 several times. Also i have complaint on vodafone care store of my city and to the nodal officer also on 981309002. But no one help me in this matter. Now again in the billing 22.11.2013 to 21.12.2013 i have been charged 222 rs for internet usage and no one is helping me to sort out my problem. I have been trying to contact on 198 but i am blocked from last 15 days or so. I have visited vodafone store several times to request them to resolve my problem but they say that they are helpless. Sir it been really disappointing time for me and and vodafone customer care executives is not bothering to help me in this matter.This carelessness and negligence response from Vodafone company is harassing me financially and mentally.
