Vodafone From last 3 months I am getting some unfair charges in my monthly bill. I communicated with Nodal office, but they are telling me some irrelevant excuses. They says that these are the charges of downloads from 3rd party whose control is not in their hand. I simply use to browser internet in my handset, and this act means that I should stop using internet. Is it Fair ?

I want them to remove these charges from my bill.
