I am a postpaid subscriber of Vodafone. I was charged amount of 99 rs. in previous billing cycle saying some unexplained download charges. In this billing cycle I have been charged by rs 198 for the same. I do not find any file with such name in my phone. Vodafone customer care does not have any explanation for the same. My concern is even if a customer goes to a paid download content they should alert for the same. One should get a sms for the same. I am sure this charge is being applied on customer fraudulently by Vodafone.

Want reversal of the charged for me and as well as a public information to all the other customers.
