Hello Vodafone Network issue is persistent in last 6 months and made several requests for same. The bill I got in July had an additional charge of Rs 71 of which I am completely unaware. They say I downloaded something but I did not and I asked them what, they cite privacy issue. I asked for correction of charges as I am sure I did not download anything that prompted I will be charged. Spoke to a supervisor and she told me that it will be taken off in next bill. I told her that I not pay the bill until it is taken care of. But my outgoing was barred and I forced to pay before adjustments. Also they added Rs 100 for late payment charges. There was no adjustments in next bill as well. I decided to port and chose the lowest pay plan and deactivated all vas. But suddenly one day I got a msg that I have activated the internet plan and called next day to get it reversed because I did not request for same. Imagine if somehow I had missed that msg. At first They told me I requested for same when the retention dept called me. Only after demanding recordings they reversed the charges. Finally I ported to tata after paying extra Rs 400 to cover my next bill. Porting was successful in spite of their repeated requests for staying as I was their preferred customer paying more than Rs 1000 every month. Recently Vodafone sent a bill of 289 with some adjustments above Rs 400 I already paid. I spoke to their customer service and wrote to appellate authority but its just a simple copy and paste job for them. I got two same emails from two different persons for different questions I asked. But not the answer to questions I was looking for. Why the charges remained even after I was assured that will be taken off Why I was forced to pay the bill before correction. Why was the data plan activated despite no request from my end. Why the network conditions so poor especially for mobile Internet. I have several friends who can testify that While I am still in communication with Vodafone over this disagreement they initiated a request to Tata which led to barring of my outgoing services from today.
