After so many verbal arguments finally i was been promised to get the Amt of INR 225 to be adjusted in my January billing, when i called up the VF Complaint no 198 (Toll Free), they said the request was not actioned and will be actioned for the coming bill date, Vodafone India really has un organized and unprofessional’s executive right from Advisor to Manager, nobody can really fix any issue in the given expected time.
I do not Expect Anything, all i need is my INR 225 and a INR 99 2G data plan which was already activated on my no and now they are not giving it back.
