I’ve done a recharge of Rs. 255 for 3G data pack activation on Aug 09,2013, but within 12 hrs that pack has been deactivated and a 2G data pack service is enabled on its own that for 1 day expiration, although i’vnt initiated any such transaction at my end.

Re-activation of the service. Kindly do the needful because this type of act can be repeated with more consumers also, if not addressed properly.
