Vodafone – Unsuccessful Recharge not credit back poor response by circle

I made the below online recharge on vodafone website on 16 Dec, 2012 Order ID : o169879982 Payment Transaction ID: MEPG3196652954 Date & time of order : 16 Dec, 2013 19:48:39 Order Amount : Rs. 135.0/- Only order details: Online Recharge name- Bonus Card 115 Amount: 115.0 eTopUpStatus: SUCCESS Online Recharge name- Talktime 20 Amount: 20.0 eTopUpStatus: SUCCESS I have removed the ISDN to not display on public forum, you can track the ISDN with the orderID and payment ID. The bonus card 115 transaction got failed, which has been confirmed by Vodafone customer care as well, but the money has not been credited back to my account. For the last 1 month I have been complaining at the customer care and provided them with the credit card statement showing only debit of this transaction and no credit back. But Still the issue has not been resolved. In every mail they keep asking for the statement. I have provide the statement in pdf format, scanned format screen shot of the bank website and also the web page of the bank itself But I dont know what else is required. Attached is the bank statement showing the transaction marked in circle. Please contact me only on 9650821xxx
