Hi, I am using Vodafone Number 999949xxxx (Post Paid-Bill Cycle 20th of every month), from a long time. On 20th- Jul-2014 I have raised a request for the 3G data plan Rs. 450/- activation on the same number from the next bill cycle that is 20-Aug-2014. In the mean while on 7-Aug-2014 I have raised a request to convert my existing data plan to CUG data plan (E_Connect_3G_499) effective from 20-Aug-2014. Now I have raised a request on 18-Aug-2014, (Request number: 2473332088), to cancel the request raised on 20-Jul-2014, to activate 3G data Plan (Rs 450/-) as on immediate process, of request, and confirmation on call given by customer care executive. On the date of 20-Aug-2014, My CUG plan (E_Connect_3G_499) is got activated, with the 3G data plan of Rs.450/- which is already cancelled on 18-Aug-2014. On 20-Jul-2014, when I have complaint, for this activation then I didn’t get any positive feedback with request number. This was the very disgusting situation when a customer care executive, just disconnect conversation with wordings you will get call till evening. A complete day past after that and no call from Vodafone. Now when I am trying to follow up to customer care they are saying a no such complaint registered. Total cheating with customer, there no transparency what I have requested for what are they doing. I need justice, on unwanted plan. I think looting to their customer any how..
I will not pay any unwanted amount, for which I have reported to them before starting of the bill cycle.
