Vodafone – Wrong Bill Extra charges without informing

Vodafone charged me extra money as capping charges without informing me. And while changing from old account holder name sowmya(my wife) to my name my bill was manupilated n charged money. And call center people call every week to pay 1600rs. But when I cheek my balance it will be 150 or 200. I call tolfree number. They tell I don’t have any 1600 rs pending.

Revers my bill amount which is charged for the month of October. And fine of 2000 rs which I spent.
