Vodafone – Wrong billing causing high bill

I am sending this email to raise an official dispute again the Bill amount of Rs. 7447 dated 20/7/13 raised for Account No. 1.47175869 Phone No. 9811938216. I have been using this number for more than a year and my Bill on this number (Including Voice & Data) has never passed Rs 700 and this time there is 10X jump in the mobile bill. This is highly unprecedented and I am sure there is some billing problem which has caused this erroneous generation of bill of this amount. On reviewing the current bills with old bills I have found the problem is that I used to be on a 2 GB Data free plan @ Rs 98 till May’s billing cycle and from June billing cycle you have shifted the plan without my knowledge to MI_C_V_95_30d_R650MB_2G plan which seems to have a different discounting structure. This plan does not give me 2 GB Free of data and hence has charged me @10paise per KB after 650 MB of data or so and caused the heavy bill to be generated due to data usage which on the 2GB data free plan @ Rs 98 should not have been charged. This is a serious breach of integrity where without my knowledge a change in plan was done and I am being charged erroneously for the same for data usage which should have been discounted as per my earlier plan. I have ben Requesting vodafone to look into this for long now but hasnt been responded to. Vodafone store sector 15, (Rnki and Sangeeta) says we cant log complaint you and I am being running pillar to post.

Need reversal of bill. Ned reversal of plan.
