Vodafone Wrong billing of Service

Have been wrongly billed for an additional month of blackberry service, which should have expired after 6 months of prepaid service. The co. has not taken a consent from me either on email or phone , but has billed me!

Rs. 599 plus a recurring ‘delay dues charge’ in every bill. Harassment with daily calls on ‘non payment’ despite lodging a complaint with their relationship manager.

Immediate remove of this charge & late due charges. The co. must stop calling & harassing An apology from the company and a public statement that they will not ‘steal’ from their customers by billing for services not availed under the mask of – ‘we have a policy!’
