I was misinformed by the company about the internet package that was activated on my vodafone number. 1-its showing as unlimited package on my number. 2- their rep confirmed the same. Therefore i used the internet in same fashion but the company now is saying it was unlimited.

As a result, vodafone has charged me high amount ot internet charges, resulting in a billing amount of approx 4000 rs.

Would like vodafone to refund all the charges immediatly n make my inetrnt plan unlimited as was reflecting on my connection. Also they shuld componsate for unoimited cals i made to them to get it solved, nd all other hassels.
