I call vodafone customer care on 7/01/2014 for querying about BB plan so that I can get my office email a/c activated. vodafone suggested me 399 + 450 plan for my requirments. Now they are saying 450 data plan will not be working with BB399 plan. morover they ask me to activate the BB899 plan to get my office email a/c activated. My concern is if there executive give wrong information then who is responsible. ? now I want to port my no then they are saying you can because my connection is not 90 days old. I dnt want vodafone as my ISP. Please help me
