I took Vodafone sim from vodafone agent Sridar his phone no is (9999988838) in my company.He told me that STV-199 plan is activated on my sim.this plan contains 600Min free for monthely charge of 199Rs/month.And my sim is actiavted on 11/08/13.The I got 1st bill on 20th-Aug-13.asking me to pay 441.12 Rs.They I asked my agent about this bill,he told me don’t pay the bill.Then i got call from vodadfone regarding payment of bill.Then i told him what had happened.They told me that first pay 441Rs and send a complaint to corporatecare.del@vodafone.com.Then I dropped a mail regadring the same and still my issue is going on then They send one more bill of Rs778.45.asking me to pay.If you want i am ready to send the whole mail history about what had happend.Please slove this problem
