Vodafone – Wrongly charged for messages issue is not resolved

i have Vodafone postpaid connection from October 2013. from the starting i have been charged messages which i never sent. when i asked for detail of the numbers on which messages have been sent, service provider is replying that number is not available.when i insist that i have not sent all those messages they are saying there is virus in your mobile handset.(but the truth is i have changed my handset two times, still problem is not resolved). when i refused to pay bill-till my issue is not resolved, they blocked my number.

1. my number should be activated/ service resumed instantly, without any delay (since problem is from there side and they are not resolving it) 2. my amount should be refunded with interest and penalty (for wrong bill). 3. correct bill charging only for my usage. 4.i should not be penalized for late payment of due amount since they have not told me the correct amount till due date.
