While subscribing to the plan offer, I have signed a document copy from vodafone executive mentioning the detailed paln info and all the terms and conditions mentioned for the plan. As per the plan details, I am offered with the following benefits: Plan Details: Double Value 399 Plan discount : Rs 100 discount on Rental GPRS benefit: 1GB 2G data for lifetime of the Plan Local call benefit: 0.30 paise per minute local call benefit for lifetime of the Plan SMS benefit: 100 local/national sms for lifetime of the Plan Itemized billing: Free 2 months of itemized billing (First 2 months of plan activation) Local Call Benefit: 800 local minutes STD call benefit: 100 std minutes FREE Roaming across Maharashtra and Goa Local call base charges: 0.50 paise per minute STD call base charges: 1 Rs per minute SMS base charge: 0.50 paise per local/std SMS Unfortunately, I received a message from Vodafone mentioning that the Free local 30p offer expires from next month and Rs 30 will be charged for the promo. Also after interaction with Appelete Officer Mr Sahil agnihotri, it is been mentioned that the Data benefit of 1GB 2G data per month will also be discontinued and I will be charged a fee of Rs 199 per month My Contact details: email: die2mrw007@gmail.

The provided benefits are promised to me as lifetime of the plan. Vodafone deserves no right to ammend any changes to the pre–provided/mentioned benefits. The vodafone executive who attended my residence for activation of the Postpaid plan, explained me the mentioned benefits to be lifetime of the plan and in a well detailed manner. It is been promised to me of the said benefits and I will not be accepting any change to the promise.

I want all the mentioned benefits of the plan from vodafone to be followed by vodafone and thus I shouldn’t be charged extra for anything inside of the plan benefits. Local call 30 paise per minute benefit and 1GB 2G data per month benefit should be restored to my number on immediate effect.
