I am not refunded the security deposit by the company. First they did not arrange to send the security deposit to my registered address with them. When I made a complain about it, I was given a stale cheque by their local store and that I had to go to the store to collect it. The cheque could not be encashed due to being stale and vodafone is not addressing my complain.

Economically I have lost more than Rs 1000/- in going personally to VOSAFONE store Dehradun many times for connection activation and now for getting refund of security deposit. The security deposit is not refunded now for more than 04 month.

Refund of deposit with compensation for all the time and money I have spent in going to vodafone store multiple times due to their poor services.
