Volkswagen Car -dealer Faulty parts not replaced

I bought a Polo highline from Millennium (Dhingra Automobiles) on 24 April 2013. Since i bought this car there have been some issue for which car has been sent to service center 4 times for a total period of more than 25 days. These are small issues like door handles not working properly, horn making cabin noise and some other type of cabin noises, etc. All these are manufacturing issues as informed to me by service guys. They will try to repair the the faulty parts which will work fine for a week and then again it goes bad. I have asked them several times to change the faulty parts but they only try to repair. I have also registered complaints at Volkswagen customer care center twice but have never heard back from from them. Everytime i send my car there is an inconvenience to me and when car is returned with problems unresolved i feel cheated as a customer. I’ve enclosed a scanned image of repairs requested by me on different dates. Some of these were very small to discuss. Pls help!!

I want to get the faulty parts changed. I would also request to penalize them for inconvenience caused to me and the pain that i am undergoing from last one year
