Volkswagen Car Not Starting within 2-3 days of service

After trying my best through approaching dealership in New Delhi and following up with the customer care of Volkswagen I am forced to write a formal letter complaining about the problems I am facing in my car. I am very much impressed by the design, safety and comfort of Polo1.6 and take good care of my car. However, unlike my previous cars this car is troublesome and response from service centers adds to my woes. After my last service at World Class Automobiles, Moti Nagar, New Delhi I faced the following trouble: 1. Car could not be started within 2-3 days of service 2. Car was taken again for a check-up and later starter was said to be repaired (complaint number CAL38913, date 26 November 2013, 08: 29 AM) 3. After the starter repair I observed the following problem: a. Strange sound while starting up b. Jerks at brake pedal (intermittent back pressure) c. Continuous sound inside the cabin (like jet engine running) 4. Again the car stopped (complaint number CCR8923, date 12August 2014, 01: 02 PM) on 09 August 2014 while I was on way home with family and the car was sent to check-up in Volkswagen Millennium, Gurgaon 5. The service center did not respond for 6 days and requested for the previous invoice from Moti Nagar. After receiving the previous invoice the service center at Gurgaon communicated that the car has no starting trouble (strange as the car was started by pushing manually) and the car was sent back to me 6. After the receipt of the car from Volkswagen Gurgaon the gear stick vibrates and I am not able to hold it for long as it is painful after driving for 15 km 7. And now I am again facing the problems as mentioned in S. No. 3 and hence this email Since this is a malfunction due to faulty repair, malpractice at Moti Nagar service center an appropriate action in the direction of getting my car back to normal driving mode is requested. Now I am in a fix as changing the service center did not help me either and therefore I need to follow up with the competent consumer courts. Please take an appropriate and prompt action up to my satisfaction so that I can drive with confidence. I expect for a positive and prompt resolution in this regard.

Relief: 1. Repair of the starting trouble 2. Repair of the vibrations in gear 3. Repair of the jerks in braking system which resulted after the car was sent for S. No. 1 above
