1.This is with ref to Volkswagen polo high line petrol reg no CH01 AJ 2585 delivered to your service station by Volkswagen roadside assistance on 31 Mar 14 . 2.I am posted in Ahmednagar and was on a vacation trip to Goa by road alongwith my family. On 30 mar 14 ,while on my way back after getting my fuel tank topped up in Goa, I had driven almost 400 km when my car suddenly stopped taking throttle acceleration.On careful notice I also saw EPC light glowing in my cars multifunction display.Stranded in the middle of nowhere I called up vw assistance and tried the advice of tech rep with no results. I was left with no choice but to take my car in nearest service station.I was told that since my warranty has expired the assistance will be charged (was too much for me to afford as the car is two and a half year old and has done approx 27500 km). I somehow managed and got the car to pune by a car carrier (pertinent to mention here that I was travelling alongwith my wife and three year old daughter). 3.Delivered to vidyut motors workshop on 31 oct the car is since then lying in your workshop for fault finding and repair.( wondering why i bought a volksvagen in the first place,I should have gone for a maruti or tata atleast anybody could have repaired it and that too in situ and much cheaper) 4.I have no other source to commute and being a resident of Ahmednagar cannot supervise on my cars repair,so dependent on your feedbacks and early repairs. 5. The car has been single handedly driven and regular services have been carried out. 6.For your early and necessary action pl. 1. pending repairs of my volkswagen polo reg no CH01 AJ 2585 since 31 mar14.Inspite of my repeated complaints both on mail as well as to your customer care grievance cell and repeated calls to the dealership,I have not received my car from your side. 2.I have been told that part has been demanded and once recd will be fitted and tested on your car.but I fail to understand that such a big company manufacturing cars in India cannot deliver a part for the necessary repair. 3.It has been 15 days that my car is in your workshop and still awaiting repairs which speaks very poor of your service. 4.I understand that the required part rarely fails and may take sometime to fetch but it is not a customer fault for which he should be penalized both financially and mentally . 5. Also since commuting daily for work as well as our daily needs requires a veh ,i am facing a problem with that also. 6.I am left with no choice but to ask for help from a consumer court since no help or satisfactory reply has been recd by me from your side till date. 7.for your early action and redressal pl.
