I have purchased 1.5 ton voltas window AC last year from Parker Electronics, Firozabad-UP. There is cooling issue from first day, several complaint raised last year but technician failed to resolve it. This year, when we have started AC there is no cooling at all. I have raised complaint on 28 May’14 but no one has contact me, even after several reminders to customer care. My request no is – 14052803745 . All my complaint register with mobile no – 9917011511 I myself took AC to Firozabad service center, and they repaired it after almost 1 month.It worked for 3-4 days, again having same issue now.

I have to visit Firozabad service center almost daily, spending on fuel + leaving all my important stuff behind. My father got sick hue to heat waves and AC not working.
