I have purchased an 1.5T Voltas window AC 183 LY ( LUXURY )with serial no. 4011127A14D000528 ON 7 JULY 2014 from SP ELECTRONICS SRI GANGANAGAR RAJATHAN with bill no. 4435 and TIN no. 08353408261 at 26800 INR. but after installing this AC its display shows the E2 error with little noise on first day itself they changed the PCB and told us we will not face this problem again and there is no need to change the entire AC. we faced this problem again after few days and no response from Voltas and the dealer in this regard. then the season got off and now on 23th April 2015 I mailed Voltas for showing e2 error and service required they came on 24 April 2015 and did the service and couldn’t resolve the error problem. again after poking them many days the man came and looked the PCB and didn’t resolve the issue as he says it will be replaced and we need to order it from head office (Jaipur). they are not responding us too and waiting for our guarantee period to be end as its just 1 month left from now.

sir I want my Ac to be replaced as I am facing this problem from very first day of purchase. or they repair it and extend its guarantee by 1 more year . I would be thankful to you for helping us in getting the justice.
