This is with reference to a complaint raised by me on 27 June 2014 regarding getting a F1 error in my Voltas ecotron air conditioner (2 tons all weather). The original complaint number is 14070205532. Since that day Voltas has not been able to resolve my problem, if you go through the complaint log I have raised this issue multiple times the latest of them being on 2nd of April, and this complaint is still open as of on 21st of May, the complaint id is 15040208463. This has been the story through out the last 11 months, it takes ages for the voltas representative to even visit my home, and even if they visit, in most of the cases they leave the issue unresolved.
I have been sick and tired of this hide and seek game and I would request you to please refund my money for the AC. I have been very patient with voltas but no more. I have spent so much time without using the AC, whats the point of having an all weather AC if i cant use it. Its like a showpiece at my place. I would like to get an AC which has be better after sales service
