i have purchased ac in 2008 and since than its second time service peoples ask me to refill the gas in it.please find below history of it.

in the month of june 2009 it stops cooling and voltas service people comes and gives report for gas leakage.below is its detail

Again after this latest report i called in voltas call center on 21 april 2010,24 april 2010 and ask for this problem and they logged complain again. they assure me to take this to higher authority and promise me to get back to me on 26 april 2010.but still i havent any updates from them.
