dear sir, i would like to inform you again that i purchased a voltas 1.5t split a/c. that a/c is currently not cooling properly & i also made a complaint against it in voltas customer care on 27/05/2014. the complain no. is 14052702242 & 14052702248 but there was no action taken against it then on 29/05/2014 i again made a complain (no.-14052903507) there was no response from any agency. after that i made a written complain through mail, again remind the voltas customer care many many times through phone but there was no reply till 15-june 2014. then a executive visited on 16-june-2014 from voltas to attend the complain but that person just wrote the problem and again nobody neither came nor visited from that day till today i remind them in call again and again many times but there was no response again. this is very disappointing experience. when i made the complain on 27th of may my a/c was under warranty now the warranty is expired.
i want my a/c to get repaired as soon as possible & if there is any substitution of time i wasted and the problems felt by my family due to heat then i will surely want that relief.
