Sir I bought an Voltas AC of your brand on dated 06-05-2014 and it’s creating problem since the day of installation. I registered complaint of it & a service engineer came and changed the mother board of A.C. But after few days its again created problem, I complaint again on 26-08-2014 vide complaint No 14082603954, But No any action taken on this complaint. So, I again complaint on 03.09.2014. A service Engineer name Salman came and found the problem in motor, P.C.B. and display and mentioned in his report to call back to workshop and my complaint is still unsolved. So I again compaing on 26-09-2014 Complaint No. 14092601027 and found the problem in Blower and change the blower but the problem is not solved yet. So I again Complaint on 15-10-2014 C.No 14101500793 But No any action taken on this complaint. I was not expecting such a poor response such a brand like you. I am very fad up from your service, product and response of your service engineers. You are requested to take immediate action on this issue and solve the problem otherwise I have to take further step and will register your complaint at consumer court because I think this product have manufacturing defect. So please replace it with new one. Hope your understand the seriousness of the matter and help me.
