i bought the AC in december 2012 as i bought it in winters so i dnt used the ac and wasn’t aware of any defects in the beginning. as the summers begging on my first use i discovered that the outdoor unit of the split ac keeps running even if it is switched off from the remote control. when i lodged a complain at the beginning the service center keep on torturing me by saying the technician is on the way. he is coming. finally when the technician visited i came to know that one of the part named contracter is missing in the unit which serves the purpose of auto cut and shutdown of the ac unit when the inside unit is turned off from the remote control.

seeing the service and the response from voltas now i want complete refund of the amount i paid for the AC. the cost of installation i bear. and the damages for not able to use the AC in such scorching heat even after paying for the AC and for all the mental tensions i had to bear because of them. i would demand at least 50000 as compensation so that a lesson is taught to the company.
