We purchased the Split AC 1.5T 183DX on 11th August 2013 from the dealer (Fairdeal Electronics, Rajapuri, Crossing Dwarka, New Delhi. Phone No. 65452088) and they installed it same day around 9 PM and told us it is working fine without waiting for it start cooling. Next day on 12th August 2013 we make a complaint to the Dealer for non-functioning of the Split AC but no one showed up till 16th of the August 2013. On 16th the Technician from Voltas visits in the afternoon and informed that there is some problem with AC and we have to send it to workshop for repair. Next day another technician came and give the same report but no one showed up till date.

I am a senior citizen with high BP patient with other medical problems which require the Air conditions this season (for dryness) at home. Now even spending so much money and I am not getting any benefit out of this.

I need the replacement as soon as possible, i don’t want the faulty or repaired product.
