Hi We had got our AC serviced under the first three free services offered by the Company – VOLTAS. After the servicing , some noise started to come when AC is ON . We made the complaint for the same with the company on 29 March. Since then there has been three visits for checking the problem and have recommended some part needs to be changed . We have not heard back from the service center since then and when we try contacting the Call Center Team , the reponse recieved is they have already escalated the Matter . Its been almost two months and the problem has not been fixed . Also proper response is being given .

Get the part replaced asap , if the part is not avaiable then the whole instrument changed.
