Since 14th July we are continuously registering our complaints for the gas refill in our voltas split ac. We have got more than 7 complaint nos but no one has been sent till date to rectify the problem. Moreover the gas was refilled on 5th may and hence we have a warranty of 3 months for the service , we have a proper receipt of the same. The service man/customer care is demanding Rs 400 for visiting charge without even attending to the problem. Whenever we ask the customer desk to transfer our call to a senior official our calls are disconnected or put on hold for unlimited pd of time. The executives at the customer desk are very unruly in their behavior.
Immediate attention in the case, and a suitable fine/compensation for causing inconvenience to us due to the negligent behavior of the customer care
