I am your customer and prompt payer of monthly statement amount in time as per
statement sent by you.

On 28-06-2010 i purchased tata AIG insurance premium of maharaksha POLICY.NO
KBMRP000000182 for a sum of rs.11,984and said insurance company assured me to
get it loan from your bank as they are Tye up with you and said sum is payable
in 12 EMI BUT THE SAME COULD NOT BE METERIALISEDdue to neglegence of insurance
company staff since they are not requsted for the loan on my behalf to you as
they assured me how ever i paid two instalments as informed by insurance
companyi.e for the month of julu &Aug 2010 a sum of Rs 1357.31&1137.31,
Respectively as per monthly statement sent by you but i was ready to pay entire
amount at a time , now i receiver sept 2010 statement to pay balance amount of
Rs 11,575.11ps , the same is paying by me by way of droping cheque at Ratna deep
supermarket at at vikaram puri vide ch .No 510715 dt 21-9-2010 which includes
late paymen charges of for the month of Aug 2010 is Rs.1110.76&sept 2010 Rs
975.51 total Rs 2085 i request you plese to give waiver of said late payments
in the above circumstance and give credit to my account for which i all wayas
thank full to you

the said late payments is due to wrong advise of the said insurance companyc
not from my part
