I had applied on 31st January 2009 for shifting of my telephone no. 2412899 from my earlier residence at Amrit Bhawan, old Station Road, Udaipur to my new residence at 50, Subhash Nagar, Udaipur. I had also requested at the time of application for an immidiate disconnection of the telephone from my old residence.

However, the telephone was not shifted even till 10th March 2009 to my new residence, despite regular pursuals of mine with the department. Even after shifting the telephone now, the Broadband service is not properly working, as the ADSL link (light) keeps on blinking, which does not allow browsing.

Therefore, I am not being rendered the landline and broadband services by BSNL for the whole month of February 2009, along with more than about 20days in the month of March 2009.

Hence, I request you to please order to waive the rental/broadband charges from my telephone bill for the month of February 2009 and March 2009, for which I am entitled as per norms.

I also request you to arrange for getting my broadband connection properly functional at the earliest. I am a user of Home 750 UL+ plan.

I request you again to please do the needfull, so as to waive the rental charges for telephone and broadband for February 2009 and March 2009 and get my broadband connection functional at the earliest.
