I have given a contract to do my Modular Kitchen work as well as other interior work to Mr Ramanjeet working for Indoor Interiors. I have made payment of more than 1 lakh rupees till date to Walia Sales Pvt Limited. The work is not completed till repeated followup for last 4 month. The work is supposed to be completed in 4 weeks time. Moreover severe harrasment has been done with me and family by calling them multiple times from Hyderabad to kolkata giving wrong promises. Also Mr Walia and team has influenced my wife for installment money once and extorted 10000 INR without giving any receipt (only signed on notebook)

1. The work is not complete and we are not able to live in the room for last 2 months without completion of work. 2. Metal harrasment and loss of money for several time running betten Hyd to kolkata with missing promises of work been completed. 3. Dignity of my wife and me is challanged several times when raised voice for not getting work done

Complete ALL WORK as agreed in agreement as well as on mutual understanding (electrical fittings, Basin fittings, Top Cabinet opposite to kitchen, Curtain fittings etc). 2. Provide me compensation of all my harrasment and loss of 50000 Rs 3. Provide compensation as 2 month rent for not able to move to house. Thanks and Regards Surya Jyoti Roy
