ZTE WP850)worth Rs. 2k from Tata Docomo Mini Store at 37, Gariahar Rd., Jodhpur Park, Kolkata. > The person who sold me the set and reactivated my connection is Mr Nazrul in the counter. >> This new set isn’t working like my previous set. The network in NIL in my area. Once I call from and get calls to this phn the conversations getting disconnected automatically whiting 3 to 5 seconds!! >> I have lodged several complaints for the same at the counter from where I bought it but neither any phn call came from either the store/Mr Nazrul or from Tata Docomo’s consumer handling/technical dept., nor my problem is solved.

1) Undisturbed & undistorted network presence 2) Handset to be changed immediately if there is any problem with my handset 3) Connection to be activated immediately 4) There mustn’t be the repeatation of such problem in future with me
