To, Customer care, Nokia, My self Rahul and I was purchased a Nokia lumia 800 in Dec 2012 whose details are given below- IMEI – 359289041091519 MAC add- 14-36-05-48-67-F2 Sim id- 89911500021801293112 OS version- 7.10.8858.136 Windos-7.8 At that time I got 1.5 days battery backup but after 4 month battery backup is still 15- 16 hours and I complained in Gorakhpur(UP) nokia care center and after conversation with excutive they deposited my cellphone for 15 days for rectification. I got my cellphone after 15 days from care center with 17-18 hours battery backup.After 15 day its again was again going 14-15 hours backup only.I again approach in next month to care center with battery backup complaint and once again they deposited my cell phone for more 10 days.After 10 days I got my cellphone with 20 hours backup and again after some days battery backup remains only 14-15 hours in standby mode. I never use internet with this phone. when I using multimedia then 10 hours backup remain. I am very puzzled with this phone and make complain against this phone for replacing with new one. Please make my complain and do the needful on urgent basis. 22/08/2013— 3rd time deposit my lumia 800 dear nokia team,i dont know why this happening with my cell phone.my problem is stll same whatever i discussed with you earlier ,i forgot that but once again a new problem has been occured with my lumia 800 i.e volume key is not working.i contact with customer care and again they deposit my cell phone and made a job sheet. 3 times my imp and official data has been losed.let me know who will bear these lose.all these are very imp for me.if within warrenty period such type of problem will be occure then what i aspect after warrenty period. I think my this investment was totally wrong with nokia. Please consider my request for replace with new one handset otherwise this time i will complain with consumer forum.
