Hi I gave 1 Sari(Pink color) on 21/08/10 for Dry-Cleaning to the Wardrobe Vasundhara, Ghaziabad centre.

After Dry-cleaning sari has got some blue color stains on it, so Vasundhara centre executive take it back for Re-Dry cleaning on 1/09/10.

After two months on 7/10/10 11:30 am we received the sari back but after opening it up we have found that stains are still there and apart from the stains, now sari has got the Hole.

Sari has a white tag intact on it and under the Stain Heading (on the tag) Fall dirty is mentioned.

I had words with the Wardrobe Customer care but they refused to take any responsibility and claimed that there is not fault at their end and sari was having the stains from beginning but as per them(as per their service Tag) also only it’s fall was dirty.

you are requested to please look into this issue asap

Today 8/10/10 i have removed that White Tag and Kept with me for my reference.
