Warning Message without Proper information

I got a warning message from AT-Airtel (id) that i have to provide address proof documents which i have submitted 2 times. once while getting connection and the other while the govt introduces mandatory to submit for all consumers. I made a call which they charged and explained the same to Airtel customer .they said then you can discard the message. i am getting the same message today saying my connection will be off if i didnt submit the docs. poor communication which annoys the customers.. People in customer care(may be few) are not knowing the value of the customers. Simply irritating and make the customers frustrating.
