Sir, I purchased a watch on 23.12.2013 online through watchbooth.in I paid money through credit card. after purchase I did not get any order number or any mail from them. on the same day I called to them through the number given in website. they told that their website is not working however they will refund the amount that is taken from me with in one week. Immediately I called HDFC credit card customer care number they told that since I had done this transaction they cannot stop settlement for that transaction. Now when I called watchbooth.in they are saying it is wrong number that I am calling. Please help me in refund of my money.
