I had placed an order for an Orient brand watch cost Rs.5608.80/- and the order no is 1200962729 on 13-12-2013. The watch is not working, once I called to customer they initiated reverse pickup by delhivery courier waybill no 15810205855. It reached on 02-01-2014. Still now there is no call from customer care. I called several times for refund or replace the product but no one considered this issue. Can you please investigate and arrange for refund.

I need complete refund or replacement.
