Dear Sir,

4 days before I have recived Water supply Bill from muncipel.Unfortunetly last bill was not delivered by KMC.Here is the question that the mistek made by worker of KMC charge havely on the poket of my optionly all customers.As well as behaviour of staff with consumer is not good , they answerd ruddely as like they think KMC is ther own property.But rembaer KMC’ staff Salery is comes from taxes/ Charges paid by us.When i asked abut counter sign.of bill deliverd to us thet said we provied it without taking sign.Suppose I said ther is no counter sign of deliverd and I will not paid Bill’s LATE CHARGES what will be youer answer.You have given instuction that if bill is not recived withen period you should contact with with dept.What purpose you paid salery to bill delivry persone,Should comman man have only thes work or do JOB for to meet HOMES needs. I strongly giving Suggestion her if bill was not deliverd in time and late charges are charged first i wiil go to consumer couert and follwes instuction of Hon.JUDDGE. Recently I paid the bill today.
