I am holding the client code GOB0024, in trading A/C with way2wealth. The account name was prem chand as old pan card was misspelled by broker. Though I have given passport, and linked bank name, which was having prem charan, Though at that time of creation name conflict was existed, they created without any issue. Before activation request, when I tried to change bank and address, now they were saying name conflict was exist in bank and the bank name. I told them even in the existing bank was also have name conflict, submitted in while creation of trading a/c. Then escalated to grievance@way2wealth.com nothing was resolved. Though I left that process, mean while the account was deactivated, they send a form and address proof. As the point of contact were changed for, which I had interacted for bank and address change, I have forward to that mail asking for name conflict was exist. Without seeing the old mail, they told to send it again, after sending to her, again they rejected due to name conflict. Then I have escalated with Grievance Redressal Officer to close with the invested amount (100000), by bearing the loss, the reason was due to your mistake, I could not able to do even any trading. They told they would activate immediately, it is only 15 min job. Almost 1 month is over, but till now just sending a reminder for 2 days, but no reply by saying about status and not even activated. I am holding only one ESCORT (500 STOCKS) 100000, bought at on Dec 2010. As a fine to those, I want the original cost of 100000 + 2rs interest per month. The interest per month for 100000: 2000 rs The duration between invested date and till date is 36 months, total amount to be payable is 172000.. The duration would increase based on settled date. After reverting the money in to linked account, request them to close trading directly without any further interaction from me, which I don’t want
